If a store hands you a printed shipping label, we can send the return back for you. Amazon and Temu are the big names, and Amazon has changed its process, so the option its app gives you decides where the parcel can go. Here is what we take at the counter and what we cannot, so nobody makes the drive for nothing.
What We Accept
- Printed shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS
- USPS QR codes
- UPS Happy Returns QR codes
- FedEx Easy Returns QR codes
- Returns that still need a box, tape or a printed label before they can ship
What matters is the label, not the name on the box.
What We Cannot Accept
Regular UPS QR codes, including the Amazon UPS QR code and UPS QR codes from other retailers. For those we need a printable UPS shipping label instead.
FedEx QR codes are a separate case. We can often turn one into a shipping label at the counter, though not every time, so call ahead if that is what you have.

- The label or the QR code from the list above, on your phone or printed on paper
When to Come
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturday from 9 to 1. Carriers collect from us every business day, and the current pickup times are listed on our home page.
