Our Story

Allied Express has served LaPlace since 1987. For more than thirty years this was the place you came to when something had to get somewhere: a package, a money transfer, a bus ticket. The people who built this store did a great deal for the town, and we are grateful for what they left behind.

In March 2018 the store moved to 1420 W Airline Hwy, where you find us today. It is now run by Kristina and Bazil, who carry on the same work.

The counter has changed since 1987. We ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL and the Post Office, rent private mailboxes, print and laminate, bind documents, cut keys, take Amazon and Temu returns, send faxes and turn old tapes into digital files. One thing has not changed. The people behind the counter still know your name.
