What It Costs
There is no set price on this one. It depends on the device and what the partner has to do with it. Bring it in, ask at the counter, and we tell you the price before you leave anything with us.
What to Bring
- The device. Laptops, phones, tablets
- Anything else with a drive in it, ask us first and we will check whether the partner takes it
- Pull out any SIM or memory card you want to keep. Nothing comes back from this
How Long It Takes
Dropping it off takes a minute. The destruction happens at the partner rather than here, so ask when you bring the device in and we will tell you the current turnaround.
Do I Need an Appointment?
No. Walk in during store hours, Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturday from 9 to 1.
Ask Before You Hand It Over
We will tell you what happens to the device before you leave it with us: where it goes, what gets done to it and what you get back. If you need paperwork for an office or an auditor, say so when you drop it off so we can ask the partner.
