A Digital Mailbox at Our LaPlace Street Address
Anytime Mailbox is one of the digital mailbox services you can sign up for at our address. The signup page carries our name, and the plans on it are set for this store. Letters and parcels land at 1420 W Airline Hwy, we log each one the day it arrives, and the app lets you send it on, open it, keep it or have it destroyed.

Plans at This Address
These are the plan prices and terms Anytime Mailbox published for our address on September 2, 2026, and Anytime Mailbox can change any of them. Their signup page always shows what is current, so check it before you pay.
- Personal - $9.99 a month or $109.89 a year. 30 mail items a month, open and scan at $2.25 a request for up to 10 pages, 3 names on the box.
- Business - $14.99 a month or $164.99 a year. 30 mail items a month, any number of scan requests with 10 pages a month included, 2 names on the box.
- Gold - $29.99 a month or $329.99 a year. 60 mail items a month, any number of scan requests with 20 pages a month included, 3 names on the box.
- Unlimited - $69.99 a month or $659.99 a year. No limit on incoming mail, 100 scanned pages a month included, 4 names on the box.
Paying by the year costs about eleven months instead of twelve. On Unlimited the gap is wider: $659.99 against $839.88 if you pay month by month.
Which Plan Fits You
If you get a few letters a month and open one of them from a distance now and then, Personal does the job. Scanning is the line that moves people up: three scan requests in a month cost $16.74 on Personal, while on Business the same three cost nothing extra as long as they fit inside the ten pages the plan already includes. Business asks for two things back, though. It carries two names instead of three, and check deposit is not offered on it.
Packages are the other line. If things ship to you often, count the $5.00 forwarding fee and the postage on top of the plan, and watch the storage window: a large box has two free days on Personal and Business, five on Gold and Unlimited.
What the Usual Requests Cost
- Mail beyond your monthly count: $0.35 an item on Personal, Business and Gold. We take it in either way. Unlimited has no count to go past.
- Extra scanned pages: $0.25 a page on Personal, $0.50 on the other three.
- Forwarding: $5.00 per shipment, and the shipping itself is billed on top.
- Picking mail up at the counter: $1.00 a visit on Personal and Business, $2.00 on Gold and Unlimited. Personal also has a size fee on packages, starting at $1.00, with one padded mailer and one small box free each month.
- Shredding: $1.50 an item on Personal, $0.50 on Business and Gold, included on Unlimited.
- Recycling junk mail: included on every plan.
- Check deposit: $7.00 an item, offered on the Personal plan only.
- One more name on the box: $10.00 a month.
How Long We Hold Things for Free
Envelopes get 30 days on every plan, and on Personal a large envelope gets 15. Boxes get less, because a box takes shelf space. On Personal a padded mailer has ten days, a small box seven, a medium five, a large two and an extra large one. On Business a padded mailer has 30 days, a small or medium box five, a large two and an extra large one. Gold and Unlimited give every box five days.
After the free window there is a charge per day, and it climbs with the size of the item. Mailing tubes and crates have terms of their own, so tell us before you ship one here. Forward the item or come get it inside the window and storage costs you nothing.
How to Sign Up
- Open the Allied Express page at Anytime Mailbox and pick a plan, monthly or yearly.
- Fill out USPS Form 1583. It has to be witnessed with your photo ID, either here at our counter or by a notary. A notary works in the building, so you can finish it in one visit.
- Bring two forms of identification, one of them with a photo, and make sure the details match what you wrote on the form. We check the paperwork before the box is switched on. If something does not line up, we call and tell you exactly what to fix.
Anytime Mailbox Questions
Is This the Same as Renting a Mailbox Here?
No. A rented box is the one with a key in our lobby, and emptying it is your trip. Prices for those are on our mailbox rental page. Anytime Mailbox is for running your mail from your phone, and you can still stop by and pick things up when you are in town.
Can My Family or My Business Partner Use the Same Box?
Yes, within the plan: two names on Business, three on Personal and Gold, four on Unlimited. Each extra name is $10.00 a month. Everyone getting mail there files their own Form 1583, except spouses, who can share one form as long as both sets of details are on it.
What if More Mail Arrives Than My Plan Covers?
It still arrives. Each item past the count is $0.35, and Unlimited has no count at all.
Can I Use This Address for My Business?
Many of our mailbox customers do, and we file LLCs too, see business formation. Check the requirement first with whoever is asking for the address. A bank or a state form can have rules of its own.
How Is This Different from iPostal1?
The address is the same and so is the paperwork. The plans and the fees are different. Start on our virtual mailbox page and pick the one that fits.
