How Long It Takes
Ask us when you bring the details in and we will tell you when to expect the quote back. Transit time comes with the quote, because it depends on the carrier and the lane.
Do I Need an Appointment?
For a single heavy box, walk in. For a pallet, call first. We line up extra hands for the lifting instead of leaving you in the parking lot with a load nobody can move. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturday from 9 to 1.
Who You Are Dealing With
Everyone behind this counter has been through the freight training. You will not be handed off to the one person who understands pallets, and you will not be told to come back tomorrow when that person is in.
