Private Mailbox Rental Service in LaPlace, LA

Safety, Security & Convenience

Receiving mail and packages at your home or business can be challenging (and potentially risky) for a number of reasons. Here are a few to consider:

  • Identity thieves can find a treasure trove of information about you by stealing letters directly from your home mailbox.
  • UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service often leave packages on your porch or doorstep, which makes them easy to steal. Package theft is one of the fastest-growing crimes in the US.
  • How many times have you waited for an important letter or package, only to find out the driver could not deliver it because they needed your signature and you were at work or out shopping? Remember how hard it was to track that package down?
  • If you travel, what happens to your mail and packages while you're gone?
  • Do you run a business from your home? A residential address does not always give the best impression to clients.

Rent a private mailbox at Allied Express and your mail and packages wait for you in one place. Small-business owners and people who work from home have used them for decades, and plenty of our renters just want their mail off the front porch.

Why Rent a Private Mailbox?

  • Use a street address instead of a residential address or PO Box: better for business and personal mail and packages.
  • Free package receiving: we accept packages and mail from the Post Office, UPS, FedEx, DHL and couriers, so you never miss a delivery. We'll sign for it and keep it safe until you can pick it up.
  • Free mail check: call ahead to see if you have mail and save the trip.
  • Email and text notifications: we let you know when a letter or package arrives.
  • Security and safety: our mailbox lobby is lit and secured 24/7.
  • Mail forwarding: traveling? We forward your mail overnight, weekly, monthly or on demand.
  • Anonymity and privacy: your information stays with us.
  • Permanent address: if you move often, your mailing address stops moving with you.
  • Separate business from personal mail: if you run a business from home, a separate business address keeps the two apart.
  • When you rent a private mailbox at Allied Express you get a "real" street address. It creates a more professional appearance for your business and is easier for customers to find you online.

No. You get a real street address, so UPS, FedEx, DHL and couriers deliver to it and we sign for the parcel. Call ahead and we will check whether you have mail before you drive over.
